Quality Management Unit

  • Provides the coordination of the works carried out within the framework of SKS.
  • Follows up the work towards corporate goals and objectives.
  • Manages self-assessments.
  • Manages the processes related to the security reporting system.
  • Manages processes related to risk management
  • Manages studies on patient and employee feedback system (survey applications, evaluation of survey results, improvement studies on survey results, receiving patient and employee feedback).
  • Provides the management of documents within the framework of SKS.
  • Manages processes for quality indicators.
  • Participates as a member to the committees determined within the framework of SKS.
  • Responsible for the registration of the notified corrective and preventive actions.

Infection Control Committee

  • Evaluation of health services processes in terms of infection risk,

  • Prevention of infections in plant-based works,
